The Lyra Health application adds flexibility and convenience into the care experience by making it simple to take care of your well-being, anytime on the go. Whether you wish to discover well-being resources on your own, practice your provider-recommended skills and strategies, or stay connected with your provider via 1:1 messaging or video sessions, the application has you covered.

With the Lyra Health app, you can:

‣ Access well-being resources through Lyra Essentials, anytime, anywhere
‣ Watch video lessons to learn fresh skills
‣ Complete digital activities and meditations to reinforce fresh tactics and behaviors
‣ Connect with your provider through video sessions
‣ Notice your provider to ask questions or obtain support
‣ Track your symptoms and progress over time if you’re seeing a provider
‣ Obtain reminded of upcoming sessions

Before downloading the app, sign up online at care.lyrahealth.com.
Work on your personal wellness with on-demand resources or with a Lyra provider.
If you wish to work with a provider, share how you’re feeling, and Lyra will match you to the right care for your needs.
Schedule your 1st appointment.
Attend your 1st session over video or live messaging directly within the app.
If your provider offers Lyra messaging and digital activities, use the Lyra Health application to access these features on the go.

Based on the Lyra program you are enrolled in, you have access to various features. Not all Lyra providers help the Lyra Health app. If you’re not sure, ask your Lyra provider if 1:1 video sessions, provider messaging, and digital activities are part of your care plan.
